Subscriptions
Monthly plans are not refunded once the month has started; cancel to stop the next charge. Yearly plans can be refunded pro rata within 14 days of the first payment. Bank transfers are refunded to the sending account, less transfer fees.
Problems with the service
If a paid feature did not work for you, write to [contact email] within 30 days and we will refund the affected period.
Sponsored placements
Campaigns cancelled at least 7 days before the start date are refunded in full; later cancellations are credited to a future campaign.
